The second quarter of 2024 marked a period of significant achievement for Logical Position (LP), as the company surpassed its goals for community engagement, industry excellence and internal growth. LP employees dedicated a record-breaking amount of hours to volunteer work in this quarter alone, more than doubling the company’s hours last quarter. In addition, LP celebrated the promotion of Eric Scriven as the new CEO, as it also received two prestigious awards and participated in key industry events to enhance its expertise and service offerings.

Community Initiatives
April’s National Volunteer Month saw LP employees shatter previous records by contributing 303 hours — more than double their initial goal of 150 hours — across a variety of impactful projects all around the country, including:
- In Portland, LP employees partnered with the Sunshine Division to package 761 boxes with 20,000 pounds of food, to be delivered to those in need.
- In Chicago, team members collaborated with the Northern Illinois Food Bank to assist in meal packaging efforts.
- In Austin, employees supported Austin Creative Reuse by organizing donations for community projects.
For the quarterly Volunteer Time Off (VTO) donation, LP contributed $500 to the Animal Defense League of Texas. This charity was selected by a randomly chosen employee who used LP’s VTO program during the quarter.
Company Culture
- Recognized Mental Health Awareness Month — In May, LP hosted two webinars for employees presented by Canopy, focusing on “Introduction to Emotional Intelligence” and “Mental Health Awareness.”
- Promoted Professional Wellness Month — To encourage employee wellness, LP offered daily 15-minute yoga sessions and held a giveaway to three employees with desk walking pads and office chairs.
- Celebrated Pride Month — As part of its commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion, LP raised awareness of Pride Month by sharing educational content with employees and giving away a $100 gift card to Lockwood, an LGBTQ+ owned business.
Awards and Recognitions
- Received three American Business Awards® Gold Stevie® Awards: Marketing Campaign of the Year acknowledgment for both the Fashion and Automotive categories and acknowledgment in the Re-Branding / Brand Renovation of the Year category.
- Named finalist for the 40th Annual Oregon Tech Awards. Hosted by the Technology Association of Oregon, LP was recognized for the Momentum Award, which celebrates excellence and achievement in the region’s technology industry.
