At the 2017 America’s Next Top AdWords Champion event, Google recognized Logical Position (LP) for our Process Innovation Excellence. The real heroes behind this high praise are our software strategies, designed to increase operational efficiency, as well as our interactive CRM and database teams.
LP was among 30 agencies, hand-picked by Google, to attend the two-day summit at Google’s headquarters in Mountain View, CA.
The inspiration behind our innovative process was to create the best experience, and put forth the highest quality of work for our clients. To do this, we developed our CRM with a custom interactions module, which allowed us to clearly measure customer engagement. We use the data collected from our interactions to hold ourselves accountable, adapt quickly, and revise processes as we scale.
Account Manager Team Lead, Marty McWhirter, and Enterprise Account Manager, Wilson McLain, attended the AdWords Champion event on behalf of LP. “It’s really cool to be a part of a company that is on the forefront of innovation and gets recognized for it,” said McLain. “We are always looking for ways that we can improve our processes to ensure success for our clients, and it’s fantastic to see that others outside of our organization see the value as well.”
After attending the weekend summit, our team members brought back AdWords insight more valuable than any title. We’re excited to apply our new knowledge to further influence the positive direction of our clients.
