LAKE OSWEGO, Ore. — October 29, 2013 —Logical Position (LP) recently became the first Oregon company to join the new Google Partner Program. The program gives marketing agencies that have been able to meet stringent guidelines a stamp of approval — serving to protect Google advertisers.
“This is basically Google’s way of saying to the public ‘we trust this company and you should too,’” said Michael Weinhouse, Founder and Co-CEO of Logical Position.
The Google Partner Program was created to consolidate the various Google certifications and to create a more streamlined system. The new program has more strict criteria for agencies to adhere to, including: employee testing, holding one of the individual Google certifications (LP holds certifications in both search advertising and display) and proof of utilizing best practices (such as client retention).
LP also employs thirteen Google AdWords Certified employees, which is the highest amount among other Oregon-based companies. At press time the second ranked company in the state held six, with a majority only holding one. LP’s thirteen Google AdWords Certified employees have passed tests that are designed to prove efficiency in technical aspects of the system and the practical application of its features
A recent Search Engine Land article stated that “25 percent of advertising spending is being wasted by small business owners who monitor their own paid search campaigns and are unable to provide the most effective management while also being aware of the changes in AdWords.” Now with the Google Partner Program in place, companies can safely rely on agencies that are “Google approved” for launching their PPC marketing campaigns.
LP fuels its business by delivering the highest standards for its clients. This Portland search engine marketing agency recognizes Google’s progression to elevate digital marketing companies to focus on providing optimal quality to current and future clients.
