Linking Your Google Ads
We need the Customer ID Number for your Google Ads account (10-digit number in the top left/right-hand corner of the account). Once that is sent we will shoot you a request through the Google Ads system to link so we can take notes. Once it’s been sent, we’ll send you an email to go accept it.
- Click “Tools” (the wrench symbol) at the upper right.
- Under “Setup,” click “Account Access & Security,” there you will see “Managers” towards the top, click into that and make sure you are off the users page.
- On the Managers page, you will see a pending request from one of our “My Client Center” accounts.
- Under actions, click “Accept.”

MCC stands for “My Client Center,” and is a Google Ads management account that allows a user to store multiple Google Ads accounts under one roof. Agencies use MCCs to quickly and easily maneuver between different client accounts.
Logical Position’s review team does not have edit-access within their MCCs. Our operations team managing client accounts do have edit-access to the linked accounts; however, we would never make changes to non-client accounts linked to our MCC.
No. Logical Position can only see ad campaigns and settings in linked accounts. Account setting information like billing will not be visible on our end.
In order to keep our processes streamlined, Logical Position prefers linking review accounts to our MCC. In the event that this is not a possibility, please reach out to your Digital Marketing Specialist for alternative options.
Linking Your Google Analytics
The following instructions will walk you through giving Read & Analyze access and adding Logical Position to your account.
- Click the “Admin” setting in the bottom left of the screen.
- Click “Account Access Management” under the “Account” column.
- Click the “+” or “Add Users” button at the top right.
- Enter LPATLocation@gmail.com under “Email addresses”.
- Select viewer “Analyst” as the role for the email.
- Click the “Add” button at the top right.
At this point we will be linked to your Google Analytics account.

How to Accept a Linking Request for Your Microsoft Advertising Account
This guide will take you through the necessary steps to successfully accept the linking request. If you get stuck, please reach out to your Sales Rep for assistance!
- Go to https://ads.microsoft.com/.
- Sign-in using your individual username and password. Note: this should take you to your Microsoft Advertising homepage.
- Navigate to the Tools tab located along the Bottom Left of the screen. Click to activate the Pop-up.
- Scroll down to the Tools option and choose the All Accounts option.
- On the left sidebar, hover over the Accounts Summary tab.
- Choose Requests along the top set of links to bring you to the requests page.
- Scroll down until you see the linking request nested under the Received tab.
- Next, click Accept request.
- Last, a pop-up window will appear, click Approve to finish accepting the request.
- Once you are alerted with Done! – you are all set!

Linking Your Facebook Ads Account
The following instructions will walk you through linking your Facebook Ads account.
- Go to your business manager account.
- Go to “Business Settings.”
- Then select Partners under the “Users” section.
- Paste the following ID 686808498550348
- Click “Next”. Then select the blue button labeled “Assign Assets.” Here go to Pages and Ad Accounts, Pixel and give Logical Position access. Note Ad Accounts and Pixel both need to be checked, they do not automatically add both.

- Login to your Klaviyo account
- Go to the account name at the top right
- Click on the “Account” tab in the drop down menu
- Select “Settings” in the options along the top
- Click on the “Users” tab
- Click “Add New User”
- Enter the corresponding office’s Logical Position Audit Team email
- Under Role, select “Manager”
- Click the “Add User” button to submit
