- Portland — LP employees partnered with the Oregon Food Bank, packaging 4,584 pounds of food for families in need.
- Chicago — Team members hosted a family-friendly volunteer event at Bernie’s Book Bank, where they stickered and sorted 5,000 books for children.
- Las Vegas — Employees spent time with 125 animals at the Nevada SPCA, offering companionship and care.
For the quarterly Volunteer Time Off (VTO) donation, LP contributed $500 to the Appalachia Service Project. This charity was selected by a randomly chosen employee who used LP’s VTO program during the quarter.

- Hosted Logicalpalooza — LP’s highly anticipated annual summer bash fostered an atmosphere of camaraderie and celebration for both Portland and Chicago offices. This family-friendly event included live music, food and drinks, giveaways, a bouncy house, face painting and competitive outdoor games.
- Digital Networking Events kicked off — To connect employees working from home, LP launched a series of 30-minute virtual networking sessions (via Microsoft Teams) to help team members bond over shared interests and hobbies.
- Promoted National Wellness Month — LP encouraged employee wellness through daily and weekly challenges, workshops, a leadership roundtable, and prizes.
