Logical Position (LP) capped the year with milestone achievements across community engagement, industry recognition and client success. During the Turkey Five, the five shopping days between Thanksgiving and Cyber Monday, LP generated more than $76 million in client revenue, up from $69 million in 2023 (learn more here). This record-breaking performance underscores the continued growth and innovation of the digital marketing agency.

Community Initiatives
In addition to the record-breaking revenue numbers, LP employees dedicated a total of 1,042 Volunteer Time Off (VTO) hours company-wide, a 58% increase from last year and the highest amount of hours ever used in a year. Some of the top causes served were food and housing insecurity, children and environmental protection.
In the last quarter, among the numerous ongoing volunteer efforts:
- Oregon employees partnered with the Sunshine Division to pack 401 boxes of food — more than 10,800 pounds — for local families in need.
- Chicago team members volunteered at Bernie’s Book Bank, processing 7,126 children’s books for distribution throughout the community.
For the quarterly VTO donation, LP contributed $500 to the YWCA of Greater Portland, an organization committed to eliminating racism, empowering women, and providing domestic violence services. This charity was selected by a randomly chosen employee who used the VTO program during the quarter.
Awards and Recognitions
- LP was named Microsoft Advertising Elite Independent Partner of the Year at the 9th Annual Microsoft Advertising Partner Awards in New York City. This recognition is a testament to the dedication and hard work LP puts into pushing boundaries to serve clients.
- For the second time, the Better Business Bureau (BBB) has singled out LP as its Torch Award for Ethics winner in the large business category. Selected from 229 applicants by BBB Great West + Pacific, LP was honored for its commitment to integrity in business, emphasizing its focus on leadership, positive workplace culture, strong customer relationships and community impact.
- At the 2024 Search Engine Land Awards, LP was named the winner of the Best Commerce Search Marketing Initiative in SEO for the work done with Driven Racing Oil. This recognition highlights LP’s commitment to offering innovative ideas to their clients.

- To close out the year and recognize the team’s incredible work, LP hosted festive and fun gatherings for employees from the Chicago and Portland offices.
- LP hosted its 2nd digital networking event, offering a chance for employees to connect over common interests outside of work.
- In Austin, team members gathered at Pinstack for bowling, arcade games and camaraderie.
