The recognition comes two years after LP began revamping its sales program in an effort to not only scale business operations, but to also retain its industry-leading sales team who make up 36% of all its employees. Among the best practices LP implemented, the company created a sales development coordinator program that focused on the expansion of new hire onboarding to thoroughly immerse new employees into the organization’s culture and processes. As a result, the agency increased its staff from 600 to 900 employees and has continued to realize measurable improvements in its sales figures.
Among the more than 230 business professionals worldwide who served as Stevie Award judges, the committee that reviewed LP’s entry commented that the sales development coordinator program at LP “has expanded the capacity of the company to drive sales growth and also create sufficient bandwidth for coaching and mentoring sales employees. This has boosted sales revenues by 10% and 20% respectively in the past two years — outperforming the typical business especially during the global pandemic.”
